Dried apricots: flowering is imminent

MALATYA. In the Turkish valleys, the apricot trees are expected to enter the flowering phase over the next week, while this will happen a little later at higher altitudes. Meanwhile, the price increases continue.

Prices rise daily

According to Turkish apricot farmers, weather conditions are currently in line with seasonal norms and are favourable for the upcoming bloom. Growers estimate that this will begin in the next seven to ten days, at least in the valleys - at higher altitudes it will take a few days longer.
