Sultanas find access into our daily menu in many ways. Whether they are consumed with cereals in the morning, as a pastry served with tea or coffee or as a snack in the evening sultanas, which are commonly known as raisin are contained in many foods. They are eaten out-of-hand or as processed foods. About half of the global production is processed into baked goods and baking mixes.
